These are on-campus accommodations. The prices listed are for two-bedroom units. The bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom and each bedroom has a double bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (two per bedroom). A limited number of units are reserved for the conference.

VIA Rail

Kingston is a stop on the VIA Rail Quebec City-Windsor corridor and trains arrive in and depart from Kingston every day. The train station is located at 1800 John Counter Blvd, a 10 minute drive from Queen's University and downtown Kingston. For train trips to/from Kingston between 21 June - 30 June 2024, use the following corporate code :

Bus

The Kingston Bus Terminal is located at 1175 John Counter Blvd, a 10 minute drive from Queen's University and downtown Kingston. Multiple routes operate to and from Kingston with connections to cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Windsor, Mississauga and more. Bus carriers serving Kingston include Megabus and Flixbus. Some Megabus routes will also stop at the Queen's campus. There are also regularly scheduled Megabus routes that go from Toronto Pearson airport to the Kingston Bus Terminal and/or Queen's.

    The Kingston Penitentiary is a former maximum security prison a short walk from Queen's University.
